Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds - Policy for Individual Sessions: Should you need to reschedule your coaching session, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Our ability to offer individual sessions on a Pay What You Choose basis is our effort to support everyone who needs it, regardless of their ability to pay. In order to do so, it is critical that you attend the session you book, or cancel in advance so we may accommodate someone else. Thank you. Policy for Coaching Packages / Recurring Appointment: If you need to reschedule you appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. We do not offer refunds on any services. We are here to coach you to your highest level of awareness, and part of this is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching program. When refunds are an option, you can have “one foot in” the work, and “one foot out” the door. It is to YOUR benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing your package and committing to the "work" with me that I am the right coach for you. If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as I will be for you. Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 24/hr notice in advance and making up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date. It is important that you prioritize this work to receive full benefit of your coaching program.
